After a critically successful and sold-out series of dates in the UK, Chateau Marmot has joined forces with Storm in a Teacup for a two-day culinary extravaganza.
Having rattled the pans at London’s Ottolenghi and Sydney’s Sepia, the Chateau’s rising star, Australian chef Miles Dupree and his hand picked brigade will serve up their stunning fresh, seasonal and local focused tasting menu for one relaxed evening sitting per day.
Dinner guests will dine on a five-course degustation menu for only $60. Reasonably priced matched wine and tea flights will also be available, chosen by the Chateau’s wine expert ex-Decantor editor and author Rosalind Cooper and Storm’s Hannah Dupree. The legendary Chateau M cheese cart will also make it’s first international appearance, packed with incredible local cheeses from Victoria and beyond.
