SUPERNATURE {Wd} HENLEY-ON-THAMES

Henley sold out well in advance last time and tickets are going fast, grab them from HERE

We’re very excited about this one! After a sell out run in 2013 we’re coming back back to Henley’s River and Rowing Museum.

This time its the third in its series of ‘Supernature’ dinners, (taking place across the UK during 2014). Supernature is a celebration of nature, showcased through amazing ingredients set against the art and science of innovative cooking.

The menu will be overseen by one of London’s most exciting new chefs; Sam Hodges, taking time out from a position as head chef at the world renowned Soho House and who’s background includes several years at both branches of Fergus Henderson’s St John. Sam’s been behind some of Chateau Marmot’s most successful recent events including the Malton Food Lovers festival restaurant, described by Jean Christophe Novelli as “very impressive”.

For the Henley dinner the ‘Supernature’ element is Woodland; {Wd} (illustrated beautifully by Henley-born artist Kate Forrester). Each of the tasting menu’s six courses will explore the woodlands of the Home Counties and everything good to eat within,

including local suppliers like the Chiltern Black Pig Company and Henley’s Bosley Patch. A flight of matched wines curated by Henley based wine expert Roz Cooper (Decanter/Sunday Times Wine Club) will be available on the night.

September 12th & 13th, Six Courses £53. Reasonably priced wine matching and drinks available on the night.
