Thanks Leeds! We had a wonderful three sold out days, met some great people and served up some great food and (for the first time!) matched wines. Also for the first time we had two bands, Emily Levy and Alligator Gumbo as well as a talk by Rob Cowen, (click all their names for links). We also had more foraged ingredients including a Deconstructed Sorrel Merangue Tart on the Sunday with fresh wood sorrel. Plus we projected art from Jane Chandler and Chris Pell on to the studio walls.

Harrogate currently has only 14 tickets available for the whole weekend but we are looking in to ways of increasing the capacity due to phenomenal demand. Watch this space!
